Short answer, yes.

Before switching back to OnePlus I had an iPhone SE, which if truth be told I loved, and still do love today... except for the very, very poor battery life. Yes, I was one of those people that had my phone constantly in a charging case. I'm now using the OnePlus 5. I did have my reservations around moving from iOS to Android as I have a Samsung as a work phone which I really cannot get along with but I've been extremely impressed with the performance, features and battery life of the OnePlus 5.

The battery life on this phone is incredible especially compared to my previous phone which would have to be on battery saving mode constantly, it was an iPhone so you really can't expect much from their batteries. I've found the touch sensor to be much faster and a lot more responsive than any other phone I've used, and having face recognition makes it even faster to get into the device. Last but definitely not least, I was very surprised with the camera. It has performed well with every shot I’ve thrown at it!

The only downside of this phone for me is the size, it’s just a little too big. I much prefer smaller phones and although a bigger phone gives you more screen estate which makes using apps like Maps a lot easier, it is a daily struggle reaching the top of the screen.

I would definitely recommend the OnePlus 5 to both friends and family as it's kept up with the heavy use it gets daily. Very impressed with this phone to say the least.
